Rechercheprofile unterstützen Sie bei häufig wiederkehrenden Suchaufgaben. Die Arbeit mit dem Rechercheassistenten lässt sich dadurch beschleunigen und vereinfachen.

Neues Rechercheprofil anlegen
Für jede Recherche
kann eine beliebige Anzahl von Profilenkönnen beliebige viele Profile angelegt werden.
Führen Sie Ihre Recherche durch wie gewohnt. Nachdem sie die Recherche durchgeführt haben (sie befinden sich auf der Ergebnisseite), klicken Sie auf
"Rechercheprofile
".
Klicken Sie
aufauf Neues
Recherprofil inRechercheprofil in der Quickbar. Sie sehen nun eine Übersicht der von Ihnen
getroffenen Rechercheeinstellungenbenutzten Recherchekriterien.
JetztSie können
Siedieses Profil durch Eingabe eines Namens
diese Einstellungen als Profil speichern. Wenn Sie ein Profil laden, werden alle Seiten der Recherche
wie gewohnt angezeigt, aber die Auswahlfelder sind vorbelegt. Wenn Sie zusätzlich bestimmte Seiten ausblenden möchten, klicken Sie vor dem
Abspeichern in das Kästchen vor der auszublendenden Seite. Bestätigen Sie das neue Profil mit "Profil speichern"
, sie gelangen zurück zur Übersicht.
Laden eines Profiles
Öffnen
sieSie die Recherche, welche die sie durchführen wollen
(z.B. Wochenreport). Klicken Sie auf
"Rechercheprofile
". In der Liste der Profile
sollte ihr gewünschtes Rechercheprofil verfügbar seinwählen Sie das gewünschte Rechercheprofil aus. Klicken sie auf
"Laden
". Sie gelangen zurück zur Recherche.
An welchen Punkt der Recherche Sie nach dem Laden gelangen, ist abhängig davon ob in dem aktiven Rechercheprofil Seiten ausgeblendet sind oder nicht. Es kann also auch sein das Sie sofort zum Rechercheergebnis gelangen, wenn in dem Profil alle Seiten ausgeblendet sindAbhängig von eventuell ausgeblendeten Seiten gelangen Sie zum entsprechenden Recherche-Schritt..
Übersicht der Profile
In der Übersicht haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Profile zuSie können Profile laden,
zulöschen oder
anzusehenansehen. Die Liste der Profile beinhaltet alle Profile
zur der Recherche in der sie sich gerade befinden.zum aktuellen Recherchetyp.

By using Search profiles are used to you can store and load search settings. If you created a report with e.g. the search assistent you can store the search settings for this report and load them later. You will then receive the same search results without going through the 8 steps of the search assistant. You can create an infinite number of search profiles for nearly every report and search in the portal. If you load a search profile all settings for a report or a search will be overwritten.
Create a new profilePerform your search until you come to the search result list. Click on "search profile". Click on "save current settings". This leads you to an overview of your search parameters of the current search. At first enter a name for the profile. Second you can decide which pages you want to hide when you load the profile. This makes sense if you have an 8 step wizard such as the search assistant. Because now you can hide all steps except those which have to be changed (like the time frame for example) When you finished your settings klick on "save profile" List of available profilesClick on "search profiles" in any search or report. You will come to a list with all search profiles available for the current report / search. You can now load, delete or view a profile. Loading a profileOpen a search or report (e.g. search assistant). Click on "searchprofiles". In the list of available search profiles click on the "load" button of the profile you want to load. In the profile it may be defined that some pages of the search / report are hidden. It depends on this settings of the profile which page will be displayed after you loaded the profile.reuse criteria for your searches.
FunctionalitySearch profiles support you in doing similar searches, by reusing given criteria. You may enhance the speed and ease of searches. Add new profileYou may add as many profiles as you want. Just do your search as usual. After you are done with it (you see the result page), just click on Search profiles. In the quickbar use new profil. You will see an overview of your used criteria. You could save this right now as a new profil, just give it a name and store it. On loading a profil your search will appear as usual, but the field are filled with your criteria from the profil. You could hide parts of the criteria pages, by clicking on the tickbox in front of the page. Store the new profil. Load a profileOpen the search. Click on Search profiles. Chose the right profile from the listand click load. The search form will open. Based on the number of hidden pages the right step of the search appears. Overview of profilesLoad, save or modify profiles from here. The list contains all existing profiles for the current type of search.
