The timerecording report allows personal based summary of booked worktimes.
This report is only available, if the timerecording module itself was activated!
Draft creation
Different to other reports you have to select the according persons instead of vehicles.Besides the division into personal groups there is a division into active and deleted persons. To handle doublings, you can see the activation date of a person by moving the moise pointer over the name.
The output complexity can be adjustet by changing of following options:
- notice reference working time
- The personnel management allows to set an individual target work and pause time for each person. By activating this option, ach day with worktime bookings will be checked, if the worktime for this day matches the target worktime.
- cost center
- For 1st and 2nd timespan (usually work and pause time) the active cost centers at booking or at day will be shown. Additionally you will get a summary of times per cost center for 3rd timespan (project time).
- detailed presentation of the datas
- The detailed representation is mainly intended to find inconsitencies. If enabled you will see each single booking. Otherwhise there will be shown only a compact overview with timespan sums per day.
- show shift times
- Extends the per day summary for html and pdf output with a time value for shift start and shift end. This start and end refers to the first and last booking per calendaric day.
If there are booking errors, the booking, where the error was detected will get a red background. Without detailed data, the day will be marked red. In this case you can modify the booking at Administration->Edit time bookings.
If more than one person is selected for HTML or PDF export, there will be generated an extra summary page.
Viewing the HTML report you can switch to other export formats with the "change" button on the upper right corner.
Special remarks
At Administration->Timerecordings you can set the default values for the report options and setup the naming of the timespans and pause time calculation. Besides the timerange assignment and the according calculation regularities the default values for: notice reference working time, cost center, detailed presentation of the data and show shift times can be set. Setting this options also affects the so called one-click report where the default values can not be changed.
If you are using the project time there will be also shown a project worktime. The project time itself is just the booked timespan. Substracting the idle times from this timespan results in project worktime.

This report support the following output formats:

- CSV
- RAW CSV ( contain raw data )
- Reiner SCT
You will get a small month calendar with a colored field for each day if you selected HTML or PDF export. The colors are defined as followed:
