If you have ordered the YellowPad to your box, you have the possibility to configurate the F-Keys here.

Assume Configuration

If you have several pads in use, you can also use "Assume Configuration" option. You can choose from which pad you want to transfer the configuration and can also set up a larger number of pads quickly.

F-Keys Options

Deactivated

When you press the F-Key you get a notification in the position list which key was pressed, but no futher action.

Send Car Position

It sends a one time detection request to the box.

Send Logbook State

If you have self defined logbook states, you're here to allocate one of them to a F-Key.

You're able to define maximum 2 addition logbook states.

Please note, that the change of self defined logbook states it's only possible, if no allocation is defined.

Send Message

You define the text, which is sent directly by pressing the corresponding key. The message is shown in Aufträge -> Nachrichten.

Send Alert Message

You define an alert text, which is sent directly by pressing the corresponding key and first in the portal under "positions - vehicle positions" is displayed.

You can also create "text alerts YellowPad" and define further processing in the Alarm Manager Administration a new alarm with the message type.

Please note that you are for compatibility purposes only letters, numbers, and common punctuation marks are available.

Project Time Tracking

This time the acquisition is completed with the project booking options.

This option can only be changed by the YellowFox support.

Assume Changes

The assumption of data, you must always confirm with "Save".
