Description
On this page you are able to set up your firm specific settings of the timerecording.

The are 3 views for the configuration of transponder buttons available:

naming of the time spans and sums
Please enter here the naming of the time spans and sums. To have the entered values in the following steps of setting, just click on "Save".
timespan 1 | : naming of timespan 1 |
timespan 2 | : naming of timespan 2 |
day sum | : naming of the sum at the end of a day |
total sum | : naming of the sum at the end of the report |
sum of positive values to default work time | : naming for the poitive values of the difference to the default worktime |
sum of negative values to default work time | : naming for the negative values of the difference to the default worktime |
sum of difference to default worktime | : naming for sum of difference to the default worktime |
time calculation
The time report can be created between 2 time spans; a time span is the duration between 2 transponder actions.
timespan 1 begin | : action which should be use for the begin of timespan 1 |
timespan 1 end | : action which should be use for the end of timespan 1 |
timespan 2 begin | : action which should be use for the begin of timespan 2 |
timespan 2 end | : action which should be use for the end of timespan 2 |
which time span ist the break timespan | : which timespan should be use as break time |
default breaktime mode | : You decide here in which way you want to use the default break time |
don´t use default value | : No default breaktime will be used |
default value takes effect always | : The given default breaktime will be used always (e.g.: booked breaktime 55 minutes, default 45 minutes --> breaktime: 45 minutes ) |
default value replaced non recorded break times | : For the case that no breaktime was booked, then the default break time will take effect (e.g.: booked breaktime 0 minutes, default 45 minutes --> breaktime: 45 minutes ) |
default value is minimal breaktime | : The given default breaktime is the minimum value (e.g.: booked breaktime 25 minutes, default 45 minutes --> breaktime: 45 minutes or booked breaktime 55 minutes, default 45 minutes --> breaktime: 55 minutes ) |
calculation base
The day sum can be calculated by one or two time spans (e.g.: attendance - idletime).

report display
Settings of the report display.
activate default worktime calculation : | If a default worktime value is given, the value of the difference between the real and the default work time will be displayed. So a overtime calculation is possible. |
show areas in reports : | Areas will be shown in the report. It will be displayed only these areas in which the car was at the time of booking and only from areas which are activated for that car to that time. ( more informations for alert monitoring ) |
show single recordings : | All recordings will be displayed. |
show sum of recordings : | Day and total sums will be displayed. ( only in html view ) |
Send settings to display
To send the settings to the accordings displays, navigate to the settings order management and send the settings to the displays.
define default times
Defualt work and break time will be defined in the drivers administration.
