Address data

Besides the person specific data like name, phone number or email address, administrators are allowed to set the golbal company address.

If the tacho archive is enabled an additional user specific branch office address can be set. This is required to create correct documents of "other activities" for drivers, if the company has more than the headquarter address. If you work at the main address or the company does not have any branch offices, you can leave this fields blankEnter your user data into the YellowFox system. Fill in the fields such as name, first name, ..., country.

The following fields (amount of displayed position reports, hiding message types) are optional and need only be changed if you wish.

Display settings
Number of items in position listThe number of messages which you can see without proceed paging.
Don`t show the following message typesYou can select if you want to hide a special type of message. You have to check the box before the message type you want to hide.
Telemetric state in position dataSet up, do you want to display the current telemtry states in every message or only in messages who caused the message
Detection radius for customer addressesThis setting determines to be in what radius around the position indicated searched for customer addresses. This setting is globally and therefore only changable by users with administrator rights. It affects the display settings of all users of your company.
Detection radius for addresses resolvingDetermines in which radius around the position will be searched for valid address. If no address is found the geocoodinates will be returned. It has affect on navigation targets/ routing targets and poi report.
Display Group selection lists In different modules objects and persons may be selected in grouped lists (e.g. distance calculation, reportcenter). For mode expanded all objects/persons in a group will be shown. If folded selected, only the group name and the count of currently selected elements is visible.
digitacho info times in Set the timezone for all visible times based on digitacho info Interface. Useable values are MEZ (central european time) and UTC (universal time coordinated).

Temporary settings

The display settings can also be changed directly in many pages, but these changes apply only until your next applications in the portal. On your next login, these settings will be overwritten with the ones you have set here in the personal settings. Display settings

Change password

Upon request, you have the option to change your personal password. You simply enter your new password once each under new password and repeat password, and then click right to change – You will receive a confirmation that you end up with OK.

You can set an image file as your company-specific logo, change an existing one or remove a existing.

Simply open with the "browse" button the dialog to select a image from you're file system and upload it.
