Das Lenkprotokoll in der Übersicht

Pro Tag mit vorliegenden Protokolleinträgen gibt es zuerst ein Diagramm über die Tätigkeiten, eine tabellarische Darstellung der einzelnen Buchungen und eine Zusammenfassung des Tages über alle Aktivitäten und der genutzten Fahrzeuge mit zurückgelegten Kilometern.

Sollte der Fahrer Fahrzeuge geführt haben, für die der Portalnutzer keine Rechte besitzt, sind die Protokolle an dieser Stelle u.U. nicht vollständig und vor einer Markierung als geprüft oder der Anlage weiterer Datensätze sollte sicher gestellt sein, dass der

Portalnutzer die fehlenden Fahrzeuge sehen darf. Für eine erfolgreiche Markierung als geprüft ist eine Vollständigkeit des Protokolls erforderlich. Ein Tag muss immer mit einem "Fahrtende" beendet sein. Wurde ein Lenkprotokoll einmal als geprüft markiert sind

keine Datensätze mehr änderbar. Bemerkungen sind bei allen Aktivitäten hinterlegbar, ausser bei Fahrtende, da dies auf der PDF nicht mit ausgedruckt wird.

Über die Checkboxen zu jedem Protokolltag können alle gewünschten Tage ausgewählt werden und mittels der Symbole über den Filteroptionen, alle auf einmal als geprüft markiert oder als PDF exportiert werden. Sollten ausgewählte Tage nicht den Kriterien/der Vollständigkeit

für ein erfolgreiches als geprüft Markieren entsprechen, wird dies in einer Übersicht ausgegeben.

Aktionsspalte zu jedem Datensatz

Zu jedem Datensatz gibt es eine Aktionsspalte.

Position auf Karte anzeigen

Bei dieser Auswahl wird eine Box geöffnet, in der die Position zum Zeitpunkt des Beginns der Tätigkeit angezeigt wird.

History anzeigen

Wurde ein Datensatz bereits bearbeitet werden hier alle seine Änderungen in einer Box angezeigt.

Zeige Unterschrift

Wenn bei den Fahrtende-Buchungen eine Unterschrift übermittelt wurde, kann diese in eienr Box angezeigt werden.

Datensatz editieren

Jeder Datensatz kann geändert werden. Eine Änderung des Kilometerstandes ist nur bei Datensätzen möglich, bei denen dieser vom Display übermittelt wurde. Steht nur zur Auswahl sofern der Tag noch nicht als geprüft markiert wurde.

Datensatz löschen

Ein jeder Datensatz, der kein Fahrtende mit übermittelter Unterschrift ist, kann gelöscht werden. Steht nur zur Auswahl sofern der Tag noch nicht als geprüft markiert wurde.

Aktionsspalte in der Zusammenfassung

Zu jeder Zusammenfassung eines Protokolltages gibt es eine Aktionsspalte.

Lenkprotokoll exportieren

Das einzelne Tagesprotokoll wird als PDF exportiert.

Datensatz einfügen

Ein weiterer Datensatz kann dem Tagesprotokoll hinzugefügt werden.

Protokollfristen

Der Gesetzgeber sieht vor, dass die Lenkprotokolle spätestens alle 30 Tage überprüft bzw. als geprüft markiert werden müssen.

Hier erhält man eine Übersicht über alle Fahrer und den Stand ihrer geprüften oder ungeprüften Lenkprotokolle.

Der rote Balken signalisiert, dass Protokolle mit einem Alter von > 30 Tages nocht nicht überprüft wurden.

Der orangene Balken signalisiert, dass ungeprüfte Protokolle die Älter als 10 Tage sind vorliegen, aber noch keine 30 Tage überschritten sind.

Der grüne Balken signalisiert, dass keine ungeprüften Protokolle die älter als 10 Tage sind vorliegen.

Mit Klick auf das Datum erreicht man wieder das Lenkprotokoll und erhält alle ungeprüften Protokolle des Fahrers seit dem ältesten ungeprüften Lenkprotokoll.

Einstellungen

Unter dem „Einstellungen“-Reiter kann die Formularrecherche auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse angepasst werden.

All of the search criteria below are logically linked and linked as soon as they are used.

Filter by driver, period and verified days

This can be easily selected from predefined periods.

It is possible to fall back to predefined time periods from the selection box or to adjust the values of the fields "From" and "To" independently.

The driving protocol in the overview

Each day with the log entries available, there is first a diagram of the activities, a tabular presentation of the individual bookings and a summary of the day of all activities and vehicles used with kilometers traveled.

If the driver has run vehicles for which the portal user does not have any rights, the logs may be at this point. not completely and before a mark as examined or the plant of further records should be ensured that the Portal user may see the missing vehicles.

For a successful mark as checked, a completeness of the protocol is required. A day must always end with a "finish". If a steering protocol has been marked as checked once no data records can be changed anymore. Comments can be stored in all activities, except at the end of the journey, because this is not printed on the PDF.


Using the checkboxes for each log day, all required days can be selected and exported using the icons above the filter options, all marked as checked at once or exported as a PDF. Should selected days not meet the criteria / completeness for a successful mark as marked, this is displayed in an overview.



Action column for each record

There is an action column for each record.

Show position on map

This selection opens a box that displays the position at the time the activity began.

Show History

If a record has already been edited here all its changes are displayed in a box.

Show sign

If a signature has been sent at the end of the journey, it can be displayed in a box.

Edit data record

Each record can be changed. A change in the mileage is only possible for records in which this was transmitted from the display. Is only available if the tag has not yet been marked as checked.

Delete data record

Any record that is not a signed-in end can be deleted. Is only available if the tag has not yet been marked as checked.


Action column in the summary

There is an action column for each summary of a log day.

Export driving protocol

The single daily log is exported as a PDF.

Insert data record

Another record can be added to the daily log.

mark as checked

The single daily log is marked as checked.


Protocol deadlines

The legislator stipulates that the steering protocols must be checked at least every 30 days or marked as checked.

Here you will find an overview of all drivers and the status of their tested or unchecked steering protocols.


The red bar indicates that logs with an age of> 30 days have not yet been checked.

The orange bar indicates that unchecked logs are older than 10 days but have not yet passed 30 days.

The green bar indicates that there are no unchecked logs older than 10 days.


By clicking on the date you will get back to the steering protocol and receive all the driver's unchecked logs since the oldest unchecked steering protocol.


Settings

Settings for the PDF export of the steering protocol can be made under the "Settings" tab.

Basic settings

The following protocol types can be selected for export in the basic settings:

  • no exception according to § 5 Abs. 3 LP-VO (
nur die Aktivitäten Lenken, Lenkpause und Ruhepause werden ausgegeben )mit Ausnahme nach
  • only the activities steering, steering break and rest are issued)
  • with exception of § 5 Abs. 3 LP-VO (
alle Aktivitäten inkl. Arbeitsbereitschaft und sonstige Arbeitszeiten werden ausgegeben)
  • all activities incl. work readiness and other working hours are spent)


You can also choose whether the change history of changed data records should be exported.

Weiterhin kann gewählt werden ob die Änderungshistorie von geänderten Datensätzen mit exportiert werden soll.
