Transponder events are with transponders booked events. Drivers book with transponders an assigned event.

Transponder event-recherche

There is the possibillity to search for alle booked events with specific paramters and list them up.

For the search could be used the following parametrs:

Parameter	Meaning
timespan	You can specify the date span in which you want to look for events. With the fast selection you can select a date span with one click. By clicking in one date field you can set the date span manually.
events	You can specify your search by filter by a event.
vehicles	You can specify your search by filter by a vehicle.
drivers	You can specify your search by filter by a driver.

By exporting the booked events all search parameters are also used for the export.

You can sort the booked events overview by all columnexcept the action column.

In the event management you have different options to manage your events and the transponders.

With events you can:

Action	Functionality
create	Ein neues Ereignis wird mit dem eingegbenen Namen angelegt.
rename	Ein Ereignis wird auf den eingegebenen Namen umbenannt und behält dabei seine Transponder.
delete	Ein Ereignis wird gemeinsam mit seinen Transpondern gelöscht.

With transponders you can:

Action	Functionality
add	Einen neuen Transponder einem Ereignis hinzufügen. Der Transponder darf dabei noch keinem anderen Event zugeordnet sein.
delete	Einen Transponder löschen. Danach kann er wieder für andere Ereignisse verwendet werden. Jede weitere Buchung mit dem Transponder wird als unbekanntes Ereignis in der Recherche vermerkt.

The management has the following action buttons:

button area
	reload data	Reloading all events and their assigned transponders.
	create new events	Opens a input dialog to create a new event.
	look for unknown transponders	You can search for transponders, which was used in the last 10 days to book an event but they was not assigned to an event at this time and also are not assigned to one now.

You can also export the management overview and sort the table by all columns except the action column.

In the common settings you can define with how much entries the overview tables should show the data initially.

Aktionen:
	show on map	Show the place where the event was booked on the map.
	show event details	Show all available details of the booked event.
	add transponder	Opens an assigning dialog to add one or multiple transponder to an event.
	rename event	Rename the event and keeping all transponders.
	delete event	Delete an event and also all assigned transponders.
