The trailer report supports you while analysing your trailer.

Requirements

To use the trailer report, the following requirements have to be met:

  • You have to have trailer with appropiate hardware.
  • You as a user have to have the portal right 'trailer'.
  • You as a user have to have vehicle rights on at least one trailer.

Content

The trailer report makes it possible to analyse your trailers tours and efficient usage. The base for this evaluation is the data of the vehicles which were connected to your trailer during the selected time range. Consequential you'll see where your trailers were on the road, how long they did park and when they were not connected to any towing vehicle.

These informations are also split according to the different towing vehicles. If a driver was registered, the driver name and key will also be displayed. If you don't have the required vehicle or personnel rights, data might get anonymised. If the towing vehicle is not registered at YellowFox, it might get displayed as an unkown towing vehicle.

For single evaluation days the total mileage, duration, positions, towing vehicles and drivers will be analysed. If you're evaluating multiple towing vehicles, the formats HTML, PDF and Excel will contain an overview page first, which contains a complete summary of the distances, driving times and parking durations of all vehicles during the whole evaluation time range.

In HTML view you can switch the format, evaluated vehicle or time range by using the button in the top right corner.
