Common
The timerecording report allows personal based summary of booked activities within the time recording module for a certain period of time.
This report is only available, if the timerecording module itself was activated!
Draft creation
Different to other reports you have to select the according persons instead of vehicles.
In addition to the persons, you must also specify a period of time which should be evaluated. There are already some time period presets to choose from via "Date quick selection".
The output can also be adjusted via the following additional options:
- Select activities
- Define here which activities are to be evaluated for this report. By default, all activities are always evaluated.
- Ignore unused activities = If an activity is never used by one person during the entire reporting period, it will not be reported to that person. By default, this option is selected in order to obtain a clear report as possible.
- Select cost centers
- Here you can specify which cost centers should be considered for this report. By default, all cost centers are always preselected.
- time spans
- show custom time spans = If this option is activated, all time spans of the working time profiles will be evaluated and shown separately. By default, this option is disabled in order to obtain a clear report as possible.
Output
This report support the following output formats:
- HTML
- Excel
- CSV
In the case of HTML or PDF output, the activities are additionally displayed according to their color assignment.
