6 The timerecording report allows personal based summary of booked activities within the time recording module for a certain period of time.

12 Different to other reports you have to select the according persons instead of vehicles. 
13 In addition to the persons, you must also specify a period of time which should be evaluated. There are already some time period presets to choose from via "Date quick selection".

18 * Define here which activities are to be evaluated for this report. By default, all activities are always evaluated.
19 * Ignore unused activities = If an activity is never used by one person during the entire reporting period, it will not be reported to that person. By default, this option is selected in order to obtain a clear report as possible.
